We welcomed 2021 coming on strong at the very first event of the year: the preliminary seminar in succeeding the belt exam with distinction. We say “what doesn’t kill us, makes us stronger”, a lifetime standing still principle enchantingly introduced to the little karateka’s spirit day by day. In order to succeed, we must maintain ourselves at our level best through all day every day ongoing training. We need a constant “weapon sanding”, requesting the improvement of all the demanded abilities and special techniques in Kyokushin Karate in order to make progress.
